Frequently asked questions

How do I publish a lost pet alert? +
Open the app, sign in (e.g. with Google), tap “New alert” and fill in the pet’s details and last known location. You can add photos and an optional reward.
Does the app use my location? +
Only with your permission. Location is used to show nearby alerts and estimate the search area. You can revoke permission at any time in your device settings.
How do I report inappropriate content or a user? +
Send an e-mail to pethelp.contact@gmail.com describing what happened and, if possible, the profile or alert in question. We will review and take appropriate action.

Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. In the app, they are also available on the login screen and in settings.
